A Promise

This is the time of year when you as citizens hear all kinds of "campaign promises".  In 2006 as I contemplated what I felt I could accomplish, I remember being very careful to only promise what I thought I could deliver.  I did not want to over promise.
These were my "campaign promises":

I am pleased to report back to you that I have done what I promised to do.

It would be a privilege to continue serving you. The following are my commitments to YOU.
  • I will remain accessible and seek ways to improve communication.
  • I will make a concerted effort to keep tax dollars in Weber County to allow them to go back into projects that benefit our citizens.
  • I will work cooperatively with cities and neighboring counties, to meet new EPA requirements.
  • I will continue to work closely with our legislators to ensure that State legislation serves Weber County.
